Please note: Dr Clement has closed her private practice at St Andrew's Hospital effective from 30th June 2022. She will continue to work at the Toowoomba Base Hospital.

Dr Kristenne Clement is a General Surgeon based in Toowoomba, Queensland. Although she completed most of her surgical training in Sydney, she originally grew up on a property in Central West NSW and always planned on returning to the country.

Dr Clement gained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014. She went on to complete a 12 month fellowship in Acute General Surgery at Nepean Hospital in Western Sydney, followed by a further 12 months of rural general surgical training in Launceston, Tasmania. She then used her skills to provide emergency surgical care in towns all over Australia, from Warrnambool to Wagga Wagga, and Darwin to Broome. After working in Toowoomba in 2017, she fell in love with the Darling Downs, and along with her husband and young family, is now happy to call Toowoomba home.

Dr Clement specialises in a range of common general surgical problems, including hernias, gallbladder disease, gastrointestinal conditions and skin cancer. She currently works at the Toowoomba Base Hospital where she has public outpatient clinics and operating lists. She is also involved in outreach services to Kingaroy and Dalby Hospitals.
